How it goes
From labs to maintenance.
Optimization is not a one-time event. It’s a rhythm, and we’re with you at every step of it.
Labs first
Your initial labs are drawn before the program starts. Labs show us what may be affecting your results.
Your plan
Built around your metabolism, hormones, lifestyle and long-term goals. Never a generic program.
Your medication
A compounding pharmacy we partner with prepares it and ships it to our office in 1 to 2 weeks. Then we call you in to show you how to take it.
Once a week
The medication is a once-weekly injection.
Check-ins
Not a quick weigh-in and out the door: we review your progress, body composition, nutrition, movement, sleep and stress, and adjust your dose when indicated.
Maintenance
Once you reach your goals, small maintenance appointments protect what you’ve built.
Before you start
